About Grange

Located at Morton Road and FM 2855 in Katy, Grange is a 1,130-acre community that will feature approximately 2,400 homes upon completion. Builders include Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, and Westin Homes, with prices starting from the low $400,000s.

Grange’s first residents have already moved in, and new amenities such as Henley Park — a one-acre green with play spaces, pavilion, and open lawn — are expected to open later this year. Onsite schools are also planned, with land acquired by Katy ISD for an elementary and junior high school.
